Shipping Policy

During the checkout process you will be given a selection of shipping options and how much each will cost.

Currently we only ship to the USA

You may cancel your order at any time before your order has been dispatched. If it has already been dispatched please see our returns policy.

Returns Policy

You have 7 days from the date of arrival to return your product. It is best to contact us as soon as possible to arrange a return.

In compliance with regulations you must request your return in a written form. Email is a popular method.

Once we receive your return request we will call you to arange details.

Unless stated otherwise you will have to pay the return shipping cost. If you have any questions about this feel free to ask when we call you.

We will not accept goods that have been used.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Stain Store purchase of product, please call 210-340-4627 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 7 caledar days of the reciept of the product. Personalize or other customized products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances. If the item is refundable and you send it back to us unopened in the original container, The Stain Store will offer you a refund based on you original method of payment. The Stain Store will assess a 20% restocking fee on any product.

Damaged Goods

If an item arrives damaged it is important that you contact us immediately with a picture of how it arrived. From there we will contact you on the matter.

Cancellation Policy
